I made cranberry cream cheese dip for my work treat. It's like Christmas on a Cracker.
The recipe is:
1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp (yes, really) ginger
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer until the cranberry skins break. Take off the heat and let cool to room temperature before letting it sit in the fridge overnight. Pour over two bars (whatever they're called. I don't have the recipe card in front of me) of cream cheese and eat with crackers (Wheat Thins are awesome).
Giselle is understandably into dress-ups, and MamaLynne is the only one who would play with her. I haven't been feeling well (sinus infection of DOOM is back), so I haven't been much for playing with or taking pictures. I took this while laying on the couch trying to get the energy to actually go to bed. Man, I'm so much fun.
Ziggy came to have lunch with us. It was kind of like last time he came to lunch. That boy doesn't like sitting still.
Jenny and I took pictures for a friend's adoption profile, but she didn't want those posted on my blog, so I told Dave he had to be PAD-worthy. Showing off his chopstick skills. After dinner we went and saw Little Shop of Horrors at the Orem Hale Centre.
